In this project you can help users of one of the world's largest search engines. Key Responsibilitiesability to assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone / email / chat / social messaging channels (as assigned);
ability to adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone / email / chat / messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews)channels;
respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information;
fluency in both german and english, spoken and written;preferably previous working experience in a call center;high school diploma or a higher education degree;
experience in technical troubleshooting (preferable)
schedule : 8am to 5pm- signing bonus of 3000€- base salary of 1000€ per 14 months- performance bonus up to 200€
per 12 months- meal allowance of 7.23€ per day- health insurance after 6 months- relocation package- location : lisbon (oriente)
