As Account Manager Assistance for our HUNGARIAN BRANCH , you are responsible for sales in the insurance, banking and retail sector.

In addition, you act as a key account manager for our top customers.

  • Responsibility for all sales activities in the respective market / customer segment in Hungary
  • Implementation of operational and strategic measures to increase business with existing partners
  • Acquisition of new customers and business partners

  • Full responsibility for the development (top- and bottom-line) of the assigned portfolio
  • Assessment of total customer value for each partner (sales, volume, margin, potential)
  • Market observation and overview (including competition analysis, competition observation regarding products, prices, marketing as well as trend and market analysis) as well as recommendations for future product development, feedback for product management and actuarial Department
  • degree in business administration or academic equivalent
  • Professional experience in sales / business development, of which at least 3-5 years experience in the field of insurance, financial services / banks or in retail
  • Ideally experience in B2B2C sales
  • Good understanding of numbers, analytical thinking and processes,
  • High IT affinity and experience with digitization projects are an advantage
