Role Summary :
We are looking for a full-time employee (38.5 hours per week) for our Field Service Team : Field Service Technician (m / f / t)
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of national and international service and repair assignments as well as customer support
Preferred Experience / Skills :
Completed training in mechanical engineering or comparable.
Good command of written and spoken German and English
Very good knowledge of the FLS FCO products.
Physical fitness, free from giddiness
Willingness to immunize for international travel (COVID, yellow fever, typhoid, hepatitis, malaria, ...
SCC certification preferred
Intercultural competence preferred
MS Office, MS Teams, WebEx, .... Local ERP system and specific programs.
Willingness for further training
Sufficient experience with control valves and customers in this business area.
Good documentation skills in relation to reports and other records.
Ability to get in good contact with customers and always convey a positive image of the company.
Resistant to stress and solution-oriented.
Extensive travel activities, both domestically and abroad.
Responsibilities & Requirements :
Independent coordination and implementation of service and repair work including reporting and documentation
International support and service activities for shutdowns and commissioning
Responsible for the organization of the required equipment (tools, PPE, ...).
Responsible for own HSE-related topics.
Training for service partners, customers, QRC, SCS and system operators in relation to the repair and maintenance of valves.
Fulfillment of the SCCP requirements (LMRA, audits, ...)
Personal and direct customer support
Cooperation with sales to ensure coordinated customer care
