We are looking for a qualified HR Consultant to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide effective human capital advice.

As a HR Consultant, you will help the company optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, administrations, as well as implement operational and strategic HR plans and technology.

The ideal HR Consultant will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management. They will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues.

They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.

Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic and Poland.
  • Conduct data and market research and consult with the HR BPI / Business
  • Help develop a candidate pipeline by advise on talent markets and candidate profiles as well as relationships with talent pools and communities
  • Apply and understand the entire staffing process
  • Employer Branding and HR Marketing

  • Establish a local EB and Marketing concept in alignment with internal and external standards to ensure brand identity
  • Support and participation for recruiting events and career fairs
  • Support in developing employee engagement programs in alignment with the Center of Expertise
  • HR Operations

  • Responsible for executing on HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team across all HR service categories
  • Entering, amending and updating the data in the HR leading systems based on business needs and HR demands
  • Support optimization regarding daily HR activities and performance of the business when required
  • Your profile

  • BSc / BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc / MA in human resources will be a plus
  • Proven experience as HR Generalist, Recruiting Expert or related HR field
  • Experience in project management preferably HR related
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
  • Computer savvy; working knowledge of HR IT (Success Factors, payroll etc.) is advantageous
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities and resilient mindset
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, great team player
  • Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written is a must-have as well as at least one language of the defined Regions is mandatory - Hungarian or Czech.
  • Knowledge of other languages such as German or Polish will be a plus

  • We offer a market-oriented salary package based on your qualification. As by Austrian law we are obliged to communicate the monthly gross salary based on collective agreement of € 2.300,-.
