Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement and debug changes to existing software applications
  • Generate customer-facing bug report and resolution documentation
  • Share in code and design reviews with agile team
  • Create unit tests for software components
  • Collaborate with customers on custom software projects to translate customer requirements to project requirements
  • Work with software testers and technical support to reproduce and debug issues in existing products
  • Work with product management to prioritize custom software projects, bug fixes, and patch releases
  • Support the 1st Level Global Support group in solving customer problems
  • Monitor Jira issue tracking system
  • Qualifications :

  • BS in computer science, or equivalent
  • 5+ years experiences in a professional software engineering group
  • Proficiency with C++, C# and .NET
  • Experience working successfully in a team environment
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and help the team succeed
  • Understanding of data integrity regulations for GMP / GLP labs including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 is a plus
  • Results oriented has track record for delivering results, takes ownership and is accountable
  • Proficiency in source control, Visual Studio, unit test environment, continuous build systems
  • Experience with project management systems such as Jira or TFS
  • Experience working on an agile team
  • Familiarity with design patterns
  • Skills :

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, particularly in areas of building relationships, persuasion and research.
  • Be self-motivated with demonstrative interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • A positive outlook and resilience towards challenging priorities
  • Ability to work in a constructive way with colleagues.
