Position Overview

In your role as Head of Business Operations & Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for the areas of Program Management, Service Performance Management and Process Improvement / Standardization for our Field Service Organization in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

You are responsible for

  • Leading a team of specialists
  • Manage various company-wide programs to improve service growth and process quality.
  • Responsibility for providing operational KPI reporting as a basis for optimizing our product and service performance
  • Management of our service improvement initiative to improve various aspects of our service processes, e.g. in the area of spare parts management
  • Accompanying internal and external audits
  • Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage critical program success factors : quality, scope, cost, and time.
  • High level of commercial understanding and the ability to comprehend project financials, profit and loss
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience of which 5 years in management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Commercial awareness / experience and technical IT knowledge
  • Very good language skills in English and German
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to think conceptually and to design practical, cost-effective solutions
  • Team player ability to lead teams and work with as a team player / Self-motivated and flexible
  • Willingness to travel in the region when required
  • Problem solving, on hands mentality required also as empathy and communication
