You see yourself as a driving force and you are passionate about innovative and smart processes. As a generalist with strong communication skills (m / f / x), you feel comfortable in process analysis and optimization and drive interdisciplinary change processes forward in a small and young team.

As Corporate Process Manager, you will actively contribute to the implementation of our digital strategy. By using modern tools and methods, you identify opportunities for optimization and implement them in collaboration with the process owners.

  • You actively support the expansion of the global process management approach as a strategic means of innovative further development and increasing the efficiency of our company.
  • You optimize processes as a holistic approach. You scrutinize existing ways of working, identify potentials, design target processes together and initiate suitable measures for process optimization.
  • With the right use of suitable tools and methods (such as process mining), you identify opportunities to measurably trim existing business processes to target performance and support the process owners with your expertise during implementation.
  • With your strong communication skills, you will promote a process-oriented culture throughout the organization, e.g. by establishing and moderating a process management community.
  • The management of cross-functional process improvement projects in cooperation with the process owners complete your job profile.
  • Your profile 0 / 8 / 15 is not your thing! You can quickly familiarize yourself with different topics and quickly understand contexts.

    Thanks to your strategic competence as well as your communication skills, you are able to implement interdisciplinary change processes in a target-oriented manner.

  • You already have a degree in economics or a comparable university degree and also have professional experience in project and process management.
  • Detailed knowledge in the context of SAP S / 4, C4, Lean Management and Process Mining (Celonis) is a plus.

  • You have already independently managed various projects in a targeted manner, are proficient in dealing with different stakeholders and change management is no foreign concept to you.
  • If possible, you already have experience in modeling processes (e.g. with BPMN 2.0) and are able to present complex relationships simply and clearly.
  • In challenging situations you find the right words and ways to implement changes consistently.
  • Due to your very good communication skills in German and English you meet your colleagues and partners with the right feeling for intercultural communication.
  • You are an organized person, with a high level of self-motivation, who takes the initiative and works in a results-oriented manner.
  • You a team player with a strong hands-on mentality and execute your tasks pragmatically.

    Legally binding notice : Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 49.952,70 / p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
