WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Proven supervisory experience, preferable in Operations or similar knowledge processed via different source - Proven knowledge of standards and regulations relating to warehousing activities - Fluent English and German both written and verbal - MS Office Knowledge
Responsible for the achievement of goals determined by the Operational Support Manager - Implement CDC quality activities to secure less damages and accuracy of inventory - Analyse workload to secure daily volume handling and meet the fluctuation in Operational needs - Provide information about plans and results to co workers and exlain their overall performance - Lead the implementation of new working processes and secure the compliance with given concepts - Responsible for the safety of co workers and the working conditions of the workplace, securing that IKEA rules and guidelines as well as laws and regulations are followed - Co-ordinate with other departments to make on site decisions - Leading and developing co workers within the area of responsibility and in accordance with IKEA people strategy

For this position we offer a monthly minimum gross salary of 2.500 € (40 hours / week, all-in). Overpayment is depended on experience and qualification plus an attractive benefit package.
