In order to strengthen our DUNAPACK TEAM we are looking for a
IT Manager (m / f / d)
MAIN TASKS
Ownership of the establishment and execution of the division-wide IT strategy as of the delivery of all information and technology capabilities
Drives the development of enterprise technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics
Manages risks through the effective design, delivery, and management of I&T capabilities for the enterprise
Provides direction on what emerging technologies should be assimilated, integrated and introduced within the enterprise to ensure IT capabilities respond to the needs of the enterprise’s digital business strategy.
Ensures I&T capabilities are delivered from several service providers reliably, sustainably, cost effectively and securely.
Act and integrate him / herself in an enterprise-wide diverse, international and agile environment (tribes, chapters, communities).
Ensures together with group functions (Information Security and Enterprise Architect) a scalable, cost efficient and secure IT & OT landscape in the division
Determines the operating model for information and technology
REQUIREMENTS
Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business and how they may be applied to the enterprise to drive digital business
10 years or more of experience in either business areas or within IT
Experience in related, industry-leading, large, cross-functional teams or enterprise-wide programs, influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
Agile mindset & broad methodological skillset for internal consulting purposes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the IT workforce

Salary : Depending on your specific qualification and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary starting at € 50.
