As our new Intern (m / f / d) in Vienna you will be part of our international Customer Care Team for 6 months . You will help to onboard new German-speaking customers, support existing ones and turn them into fans.

Eversports offers modern and innovative SaaS solutions for sports providers and studios. On our online platform and through our apps (iOS and Android), athletes can find, book and pay for the sports activities, classes and courses offered in their area.

  • Student and current enrollment in a university or university of applied sciences
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Google Workspace
  • Reliability, attention to details and solution-orientation
  • Positive mindset and communication talent
  • Confidence in calling B2B partners and being passionate about their success
  • Help onboarding venues to use the Eversports Manager successfully
  • Support in different daily and ad hoc tasks in the customer care department (e.g. customer imports)
  • Work on data cleaning for key customers
  • Prepare and do customer success calls with our current partners
  • Respond to and solve customer inquiries in first level support
  • Being a positive and motivated member of our Customer Care Team DACH
