Our client is the clear leader in the online betting and gambling sector predicting even more growth in 2016 and ahead. As many of their markets are expanding they are seeking a Head of VIP for the German, Austrian and Swiss markets (DACH).
This hire will ultimately define the strategy for their top customers in Sportsbook and Casino, dealing and executing it with the team.
You will be responsible for developing the VIP strategy for the German market and building up a team to execute the strategy.
Making sure the NGR per Top VIP user is increasing through the best possible retention, reactivation and upselling campaigns.
Responsible for the P&L of the VIP division, including budget forecast and management.
Develop, coordinate and implemented the VIP strategy to deliver a more targeted and pro-active team and drive bottom line growth.
Budgetary : Responsible for the Bonus and Event budget
People Management : Up to 10, 5people within CRM, Marcom and BI, Coaching and mentoring direct reports
Key Relationships : Head of BI, Head of CRM, Head of DACH, Head of CS, Sponsoring agency
Provide monthly feedback on team performance to ensure timely and consistent reporting of quality trends
Create standard operating procedures and train all current and new team members to maintain a good standard of performance and quality
Create a sales mentality within the DACH VIP team
Ensure the tools needed are implemented or used to the maxium effectiveness
Monitor your team’s performance
Align and communicate the VIP strategy with all necessary stakeholders to ensure highest quality in all relevant areas within the region
Support the Acquisition strategy with focus on acquiring new VIP’s
Introduce an ethos of cross selling and conversion from Sportsbook to Casino and vice versa,
Your Expertise :
Strong analytical skills and process orientation with excellent communications skills.
5 years background within the industry in marketing, VIP and CRM functions
Successful management of medium to long-term change programs, whilst driving day-to-day team performance
Strong Sportsbook product understanding and experience
Excellent interdepartemental communication skills
Experience in Planning, Executing and Monitoring CRM campaigns
Experience in managing teams
