Provide 2nd level support for Greentube Casino Games and Casino Operator integrations
Provide 2nd level support for the Remote Gaming System
Communicate with business partners
Support new system implementations
Support technical teams internally
Configure the Remote Gaming System and support the complete Games and Operator Integrations life cycles
Analysis, troubleshooting and fixing problems, performing Root Cause Analysis using Logging systems, monitoring tools and database queries
Maintain procedures and KB articles
Contribute to Incident / Problem Management
PROFILE
Technical education and experience in a customer-facing role
Experience in troubleshooting
Service Management skills and experience with Service Management or ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow
First MSSQL or database experience, you feel comfortable to query a database
Software development skills are a plus
Scripting knowledge is a plus
Analytical, structured and reliable personality
Ability to prioritize tasks and decide quickly
Remain calm and supportive even in emergency situations
High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Fluent in English both verbal and written
