Reinforce our team based in Vienna and support 21 local subsidiaries across the globe (Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, South Africa, India, Australia and South America) in their ambitious transformation journeys and continuous improvement activities.

Job description

As a member of the highly skilled regional operational excellence team you will

  • Plan and execute process and business optimization projects in the areas of sales, distribution, procurement and supply chain management
  • Evaluate solution options to increase the degree of process automation and digitalization in administrative as well as operational areas where sensible
  • Manage projects in a structured manner to ensure progress and timely completion while supporting change management to achieve sustainable outcomes
  • Liaise with management and employees in local subsidiaries to develop a continuous improvement culture and be an active member (m / f / d) in the global Lean Management community
  • Train employees on all levels in Lean principles and methods such as 5S, shop-floor management, value stream analysis / design, structured problem solving, TPM etc.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to identify improvement potentials, perform benchmarking and act as sparring partner for the local subsidiaries
  • Align and coordinate own activities with different stakeholders / functions (e.g. IT, Digitalization, Sustainability)
  • Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably technical or business degree
  • 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in a corporate environment or consulting
  • Language : Business profession in German and English
  • Professional skills Methodical competence in Lean Management combined with practical experience Comprehensive understanding of organizational structures and processes Ability to manage projects and facilitate workshops with international teams
  • Personal skills Analytical and structured style of working Assertive and strong communication skills Team player with interest in working with people from different cultures
  • MS Office suite, affinity towards IT and digitalization, experience with analytics applications (SAP BI, Celonis) is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
  • What we offer

    Salary Package and Benefits : The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 3.274,67 gross (14 x per year).

    The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.
