In support of our existing team we are currently looking for :

Senior Sales Representative Oncology (m / f / d)

Upper and Lower Austria

Main Responsibilities

  • Performing Face-to-Face product calls with target audience
  • Performing product calls using other channels, (e.g. email, webex, VEEVA Engage) on a needed and pre-defined basis
  • Taking care of and reports any Pharmacovigilance related topics immediately (within 24 hours) as required by compliance
  • Planning and executing Speaker-meetings and / or Round Tables with product presentation
  • Attending regional, national or international scientific meetings (congresses) as pre-defined by marketing, Sales Manager and / or other needs, to inform customers at company booth
  • Performing territory and / or account planning, segmentation and targeting of customers and / or customer-groups
  • Reporting all activities in electronic territory management system (VEEVA)
  • Conducting sales and performance analyses of assigned territory
  • Implementing and monitoring sales / customer plans in territory to achieve all approved sales objectives
  • Developing realistic territory plans for territory management and update regularly
  • Planning and executing based on designated promotional budgets, keeping pre-defined targets
  • Actively participating in respective Sales Meetings (Cycle Meetings) as required
  • Developing personal development plans together with immediate manager
  • Maintaining proper coordination with other sales teams (if applicable) to ensure that implementation of all field operations is properly conducted for customers’ benefits
  • Working based on trust, un-waivered ethics & integrity, and open & honest communication according to company’s compliance standards
  • Ensuring that all issues are handled in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures
  • Establishing good working relationships with targeted customers in territory, performing regular segmentation and targeting analysis for developing pre-specified call plans
  • Understanding and supporting the electronic Sales Territory Management system and digital activities
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Sales Representative certification for Austria required
  • Strong scientific baseline knowledge & passion for the disease area
  • Willingness to travel throughout Austria >
  • 90% of the time in the field visiting customers

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level negotiation and analytical skills
  • Working with electronic tools (e.g. I-Pad for presentation), MS office
  • Professional proficiency in German, both verbal and written; additional strong English language skills are required

    The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 53.000, and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
