  • General : effectively manage and maintain organization of the stockroom in line with Company Policies, ensuring stock is clean, efficient and easy to use (e.
  • g. divided into categories, colours, seasons, etc.). Health & Safety guidelines must also be taken into account.

  • Admin : process deliveries accurately and on time, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and any stock discrepancies are reported to Stock Control, in line with Company Policies.
  • Inventory : minimise stock loss through regular and frequent stock counts; provide management with feedback in the event of any discrepancies;
  • take a leading role in store stock takes. Prepare sales returns for the season in compliance with the procedures and timings defined by the company.

  • Store support : assist in the preparation of merchandise displayed on the shop floor; provide information about new arrivals, sold out stock, repeat lines, etc.
  • physical stock management / movement within both the stockroom and the shop floor; effective maintenance of stock overflow and storage.

  • Packaging : check packaging stock levels and order any office supplies and packaging that may be required for the store, taking into account peak and low selling seasons (bags, gift packaging, etc.)
  • Products : demonstrate good product knowledge (models, materials, patterns, colours, etc.); have a clear idea of the range present in the stock / store.
  • Stock - Store security : ensure security of company property and premises by being vigilant at all times; inform the Store Manager of any suspected incidents of theft;
  • ensure effective stock control is maintained at all times to minimise possible loss through theft (internal / external).

  • Stock - Health & Safety : ensure compliance with the company Health and Safety policy; understand the importance of reporting accidents in the workplace in accordance with the company procedure;
