You will secure the delivery of the agreed and site-based Facility Management (FM) services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for co-workers, visitors and customers in the building.
About you :
You have a complete degree in facility management or an extended technical or financial education including an additional qualification in facility management or many years of experience in a comparable position.
Ability to work in a self-directed environment to resolve problems and to complete complex tasks within deadlines and financial constraints
Legal knowledge of facility management
Good decision-making and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and act
Management and financial skills
Stress resistant, assertive, acting in a trustful way with information
Fluent in German and good in English
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Collect requirements for the FM services and proactively produce and share periodic reports on of FM services against the agreed goals.
Lead, manage and empower your team by delegating responsibility to help them grow, according to their individual ability and need.
Create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with your team, matrix partners, and other colleagues.
Tender and manage external service providers to fulfil the requirements of the internal customers / stakeholders.
Evaluate periodically the service providers’ performance against contract terms and conditions in close collaboration with store organisation, manager and matrix partners.
Take the lead in creating the annual FM budget and actively manage the FM spend to ensure that all FM services are delivered, and all aspects of the site and building are maintained.
