To strengthen our global Talent Management function, located at our headquarters in Austria, we are looking for a motivated and innovative intern to join our team.
The core focus will be supporting Red Bull Wingfinder, our strengths-based personality assessment, to ensure a premium user experience through the ongoing optimization of the assessment.
Additionally, this role offers hands-on experience, exposure, and the opportunity to grow and develop across a breadth of Talent Management topics RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with : Ongoing Development of Red Bull Wingfinder By collaborating with our internal team, psychologists, UX / UI and product experts, you'll support the ongoing development and optimization of our psychometric assessment Red Bull Wingfinder.
From here, you'll take care of updating or developing the resulting technical manuals, documentation and training materials, as well as supporting academic research requests.
New Market Launches You'll drive the coordination of our Wingfinder workshops and activation plans with new and existing markets.
You'll support the teams with language translation workstreams between country, translation provider and developers to implement and test new language versions.
Additionally, you'll coordinate with our legal counterparts to ensure requirements are in place prior to market launches.
Operational Support To ensure a premium user experience across Red Bull Wingfinder you'll contribute to front and backend optimization.
You'll collaborate with different cross-functions including Media House, Marketing, IT, HR and Legal to proactively ensure our technical set-up address our requirements and that relevant process documentation and user manuals are created or updated in a clear and comprehensive manner.
Training Materials and Assets An opportunity to build an understanding of our global Talent Management landscape, you'll be responsible for updating global training materials and resources, as well as databases, to current templates and branding.
