Buyer (m / w / d) for Strategic Commodity Management What you can expect In this role you support the Strategic Commodity Management, Global Procurement as well as the Systems & Process Team regarding following tasks :

  • Identifying capable suppliers for new technologies / parts under consideration of the transformation from conventional business to electrification.
  • Supporting in terms of cost saving data analysis and preparation of management presentations.
  • Cross group collaboration to integrate the supply chain sustainability requirements into the purchasing process and documents.
  • Supporting commodities for the upcoming ESG ratings for suppliers. What you bring along
  • Technical University or University of Applied Sciences (i.a. mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) or HTL diploma.
  • 2-3 years purchasing experience in an industrial setting, preferably in the automobile industry
  • Being interested in new technologies especially due to the transformation from conventional business to Electrification
  • Being interested in macroeconomic trends (e.g., energy, materiel, currency development)
  • Analytical thinking and structured working style and accuracy even in times of stress
  • Strong communication skills in German and English What we offerAfter starting an extensive and structured onboarding system, where you will be supported by a mentor, you will be directly involved in the development, design and manufacturing of the world's most advanced (electric) mobility technologies.
