Your Responsibilities :
Analyzing of the global market situation for battery pack / module testers or emulators and related products
Defining of the requirements to be met by the corresponding products, taking into account the different areas of application, and developing of appropriate product strategies (USPs, ROI, make or buy, ...)
Closely coordinating with the development department with regard to requirements, preparation of corresponding specifications
Analyzing of the competition, defining of unique selling points, preparing of sales documents, presentations and "Battle Cards"
Creating of product descriptions, marketing documents and product parts lists
Coordinating with the production departments on product forecasts
Tracking quality issues in manufacturing and the market
Communicating with customers, offer and sales support for battery tester solutions
Coordinating with the product managers and solution engineers from the system business segments
Defining the integration of the products in the AVL tool chain as well as support in system technology for customer projects
Analyzing, creating, and visualizing of information for internal and external AVL presentations
Cooperating across departments and business divisions with developers, application managers, solution technicians and project managers when introducing products, as well as cooperation with subsidiaries
Your Profile :
Graduate with a master’s degree (TU, FH) in the technical field
Knowledge of power electronics, battery technology and electrical engineering required
Know-how in the field of measurement technology
Understanding of economic relationships, such as cost calculation and consideration of results
Knowledge of communication and marketing, especially for industrial goods
Confident appearance and target-oriented, positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees
Experience abroad and language skills (English, German)
Experience with test systems for batteries and battery vehicles required
Highly motivated personality with self-management skills
Knowledge of AVL engineering tools, processes, and business tools as well as SAP, JIRA, Confluence and salesforce.com an advantage
Annual Remuneration : Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation : EUR65.
