Join us! To strengthen our dynamic Human Resources team at iSi Automotive Holding GmbH, located at Scheydgasse 30-32, 1210 Vienna, we are looking for a HR Global Projects (f / m / d) - Full or part time area of responsibility

Collaboration and implementation of global HR projects (e.g. Learning / Talent Management, HR processes and HR systems)

Management of learning and development managers in the local HR teams

HR consulting for the global executives of iSi group

Close cooperation with the HR-BPs of the global subsidiaries

Active participation and development of the global HR function within the iSi group expectation

Relevant university degree

Several years of experience in an international HR role desirable

Team player and innovative thinker

Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality

Fluent in English, preferably also in German We offer You can expect a varied and challenging field of activity and the integration into a successful family business with a good working atmosphere.

For this position based on full-time employment, we offer a monthly gross salary of at least EUR 3.680,73 according to the collective agreement for the metalworking industry (FMTI) with willingness to overpay with appropriate experience and qualifications.
