Your role :
As job holder, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an OT Security Governance Framework
You will steer the implementation of IT / OT security standards / procedures OMV groupwide and ensure the definition of KPIs for measurement
You will be accountable for providing best practices, advice and guidance in all areas of OT Security on demand
You will take ownership of the OT Security Governance roadmap for OMV Group and steer the implementation of corresponding measures
You will advise Senior Management on OT Security issues, share market best practices and recommend enhancements
You will support the development of the OMV Group wide cybersecurity strategy in respect to OT Security
You will guide the contribution of OT Security risks to the Enterprise Risk Management and perform OT Security risk assessments
You will define OT Security controls for OT and guide IT delivery organization to meet compliance
You will supervise operational OT activities incl. sourcing initiatives to ensure the compliancy for minimum requirements
Your profile :
You hold a University degree (Masters / Diploma) in (Business) Informatics or a related subject
You have more than 12 years' significant experience within the field of Information Security and IT Security within the Oil & Gas industry, along with a deep knowledge of IT and OT systems and excellent understanding of IT Security, Information Security and OT Security controls incl.

You have the proven ability to engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders to understand and translate business requirements into technical strategies and architectures
You bring an excellent understanding of relevant data security regulations, plus IEC62443, ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIS
You are strategically-minded, contributing to the development of a coherent overarching strategic vision for the company
You have exceptional interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills, being a decision taker and promoter of management decisions
You have solid communication, negotiation and interaction skills as well as good presentation skills and the ability to to report to executive management
You have excellent German and English skills
