  • Accountability for operational / financial metrics and overall business results of the business unit’s sales in the territory
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully supporting customers to growth their business
  • Cultivate, maintain, and grow relationships within accounts that will increase ongoing business and ensure excellent client satisfaction
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Accountable for sales force effectiveness and efficiency (KPI reporting)
  • Implement the company’s global strategic business plan at territory level to build up a strong presence in Austria
  • Objectives setting, performance monitoring of accounts and implementation of customer account plan
  • Maintain high focus on a strong sustaining revenue stream within compliance environment
  • Ensure integration and teamwork with team and deliver account specific plans and objectives
  • Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of sales experience
  • A proven track record of account management
  • FMCG or pharmaceutical background
  • Marketing experience (not a must)
  • Excellent sales skills with value added services mindset
  • Positive winning mindset
  • Highly resilient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Acting as a CEO of his / her own territory
  • Planning and organisation developing and implementing operational plans
  • Interpersonal communication developing productive internal & external relationships
  • Creative & innovative thinking developing and continually improving working methods
  • Native German and Fluent English are mandatory for this position
