As Account Executive , you will be responsible for generating revenue for Solarwinds MSP. You will be closing sales at defined monthly quotas, while meeting activity targets and ensuring Partner and Customer satisfaction.
You will proactively review incoming leads and trials in the Solarwinds MSP suite of solutions in close cooperation with our distribution partners in the region.
You will also contact prospects and respond to incoming calls and emails in an effort to increase revenue.
You will be based in Vienna.
Sell SolarW inds MSP via phone and email. Take incoming calls from prospects responding to sales inquiries; make out-bound calls to facilitate sales
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Solarwinds MSP products and technologies, competitive products and technologiesas well asindustry trends
Follow up on leads and opportunities(minimum of 40 calls per day)
Maintain an accurate pipeline using Salesforce.com(this includes data integrity and updating opportunies for weekly and monthly forecasting)
Identify new accounts in CRM and close sales
Maintain quality contacts with key decision makers as designated to that opportunity in your pipeline
Prepare complete and accurate reports as requested
Prospect for new accounts through personal sales calls, networking, marketing research and email campaigns
Engage in technical sales discussions with potential clients via conference call or web demonstration,leveraging Sales Engineering resources where needed
Submit quotes to customers and prospects as needed using the Salesforce ordering tool, and prepare, submit sales orders via the designated process
Work to maintain high level of customer satisfaction by assisting with customer requests, complaints, and escalations
Attend sales meetings, training sessions as required
Maintain close cooperation withSeniorAccount Managersand AccountManagersin the assigned region
English and French business level is required
Fluency in other languages is an asset
Phone / email / customer service skills
Experience in sales or a sales support role, the needs-based and consultative selling process is preferred
Basic understanding of territory management (planning, prospecting, and closing) is preferred
Organizationaland communication skills, ability to negotiate with internal and external customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in software as a service (SaaS) is preferred
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM, Outlook
Salesforce® experience a plus
