HR Business Partner (m / f / d)

  • Your area of responsibility :

  • You are the contact person for employees and managers in all personnel matters
  • You are responsible for advising and supporting organizational change processes
  • You will support the recruiting process (job interviews)
  • You will work on cross-functional HR projects and contribute to the further development of HR processes
  • You are responsible for the preparation of monthly HR reports
  • You are responsible for the collection and administration of HR data
  • Your profile :

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of human resources is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and an affinity for IT systems
  • High level of initiative as well as a reliable and independent way of working
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Salary :

    The gross annual salary for this position is EUR 33,600.00 with a willingness to overpay, depending on the qualification profile and relevant experience.
