Responsibilities
Support and advise project leaders and teams in IC development in the application of NXP organizational processes and international standardized processes
Assist in the development, deployment and compliance checking of software development processes
Consult and facilitate in the area of Process and Product Quality Assurance
Challenge quality expectation in projects and alert on deviations
Assist in preparation of Quality Assurance Plans for development projects
Perform audits and assessments of the projects
Report audit / assessment results to the project teams and managers
Train project leaders and teams in the execution of their project
Cooperate with tools experts for project management related databases
Identify process improvements and their resolution
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor / Master degree in physics, software, electrical engineering or electronics OR 5 years + of experience as a quality manager within a technical development environment
Preferred skills :
Experience in software domain
Practical experience in a similar role
Experience in integrated circuit (IC) / software development
Experience in project management of development projects
Knowledge in ISO , ISO / TS
CMMI expertise or A-SPICE
Reviewing and auditing experience
Certified Auditor (internal / external)
Consultancy soft skills
Detail oriented, risk aware working style
Ability to identify and drive improvements
Good English skills
