Responsibilities :

  • Owning the full life cycle recruitment in one or multiple key areas within our Global organization.
  • Find, excite, and engage passive candidates
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers as a Talent Advisor to discuss sourcing strategies
  • Contribute with new ideas to streamline the recruiting process
  • Positively promote Feedzai’s employer brand
  • Qualifications :

  • MSc from Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology and other related fields
  • 3 years of experience working as an in-house technical recruiter in a high volume environment.
  • Experience with non-technical roles will be a plus
  • Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find the best fit for the most challenging roles
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) ( mandatory )
  • A process improvement mentality
  • Strategic thinking ability to offer innovative solutions to recruiting challenges envisioning the broader context of the company’s priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
  • Being comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
