As Meister’s new Talent Business Partner, you will be the main point of contact within the People & Culture Team for the Commercial and Business Operations side of our business.
You will support the department heads and team leads in all aspects of people management from identifying hiring needs and defining appropriate employer branding strategies to finding the perfect new team members.
As the talent spotter of the team, you will be actively involved in the hiring and sourcing of talented new people, working closely with our Learning & Development and People Operations experts to keep everything running smoothly.

What Makes You Special
3 years’ experience. You know your stuff in Human Resources, having worked in a Talent Acquisition or Business Partner role.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques. You’ve got an eye for the talent that will help Meister grow. You can use active sourcing, recruiting channels, industry trends and emerging sourcing techniques to find the perfect candidates.
Legal know-how. You assist our team on legal issues with your expertise in Austrian labor laws.
SaaS industry experience. Your lust for life in fast-paced scale-ups helps drive us on.
Employer branding skills. You take the initiative when attracting the right people : your campaigns tell the Meister story perfectly to our audience.
Language skills. Your excellent written and spoken English helps bring Meister to the world. German skills are a plus.
