Our Merchant and Listing team is looking for an System Integration Specialist (m / f / x). The System Integration Specialist is responsible for onboarding and integrating new merchants & partners to our platform and systems.
Together with you we want to build the leading marketplace for refurbished electronics in Europe. Who you are
You have a technical background (degree in Computer Science is a plus, but not a requirement)
You have experience in troubleshooting and resolving API errors
You know how to communicate technical topics in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders to understand
You have experience in maintaining database(s)
You have excellent English skills, German is a plus
You don't use the term "That doesn't work"
You want to spend your time making a difference What you'll do
You will independently resolve issues with merchants' integration into our systems, including API error codes and ad-hoc failure events
You support merchants with setup and troubleshooting direct integration topics.
You support integrators with setup and troubleshooting indirect integration topics ie. via a third party integrator
You work closely with the Sales team and support with questions and technical knowledge related to different ways to integrate with our systems
You enhance our knowledge base by documenting changes to our API, FAQ's for our merchants, and learnings
You support our Listing team with maintenance of data consistency, SQL queries, and ad-hoc projects as needed Additional factors we appreciate
You have worked in e-commerce before
You understand the GRPC framework
You have experience in building APIs
You have experience working with SQL and data cleanup
