Join us on our journey. The Senior Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for promoting Raiffeisen Bank International in the international financial markets.
She or he represents RBI in roadshows, conference calls and one-on-one meetings and acts as point of contact for analysts and investors.
The Senior Investor Relations Analyst (f / m / d) is also responsible for preparation of presentations, Q&As and other ad hoc projects.
What you can expect :
Handling of financial community (equity and debt) requests and analysis of research reports
Expansion and maintenance of the equity and fixed income research coverage base, as well as building relationships with analysts and investors
Analyze external market information and report relevant findings and statistics
Represent the group in front of equity and fixed income investors during meetings, roadshows, conference calls and other investor events
Contribute to the Q&As for Quarterly and FY Results, as well as special projects Q&As
Formulation of wordings and speaker notes
Responsible for preparation of presentations to the financial community
Participation in and management of confidential ad hoc projects such as communication of acquisitions / disposals, equity capital raising and funding programs as well as debt issuances
Responsible for approval of debt prospectuses and all subsidiary investor presentations as well as other marketing documents
What you bring to the table :
Minimum of 5 years experience in investor relations or in asset management, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM) or in research, or management accounting
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is valued
University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or other numeric or economic field
Strong financial background and understanding of financial markets
Knowledge of IFRS and reporting and metrics of banks
Excellent German and English written and presenting
Strong analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work under time pressure in a reliable and accurate manner
Willingness to travel
Absolute integrity and a high degree of service orientation
