Main Responsibilities :
As an HR Director within TimacAgro, your role is the implementation of global HR strategies, processes andinitiatives and to setup HR actions that will be aligned both with the companygoals and with employee’s expectations.
Youplan and coordinate various HR aspects :
Strategy : responsibility for thestrategic and operative stages of the employee life-cycle in Austria Hungary Switzerland
Recruitment : you are in charge of thecomplete recruiting process by operating yourself, mainly for Austria andSwitzerland
Induction of new employees : together with themanagement, you establish detailed induction programs and ensure the strongfollow-up of new employees in the company
Evaluation of the employees : your role is to ensurethat all evaluations are conducted on time and to collect, analyze and treatthe data
Training : according to the needsand in accordance with the managerial team, you create individual trainingplans for the employees
Well-being : be proactive toimprove employee’s experience and satisfaction, you are proactive and lead yourinitiatives by example.
You remain available for communication with allemployees.
Administrative : you create and modifythe employment contracts, you ensure the HR operations delivery.
Payroll : Control payroll data’sand you ensure the correct takeover. Coordinate with managers for eventualbonuses and salary increases
