Key Responsibilities :
Be a subject matter expert to ensure EC (Employee Central) data quality in SuccessFactors (Organisational Structure and Personnel Data) and act as a global contact person
Continuously search for improvement of the tool functionalities and own the new implementations
Ensure HR GDPR compliance globally
Handle HR administration of international 1st liner contracts as well as for satellite employee
Stay updated as regards SuccessFactors developments
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field
At least 2 years’ experience within HR administration preferably with focus to HRIS and organisation management in a global environment
Cosmopolitan mind-set and high team spirit, structured thinking, strong analytical approach, highly organised and high attention to detail / strong accuracy
Previous user experience with HR systems (e.g. Success Factors or any other HRIS) is highly desired
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Excel
Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English

Gross monthly salary : from 3200 EUR (in accordance with the collective labour agreement); higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience
