We are looking to hire a DACH Account Manager who will be proactive and consultative in phone sales, responsible for selling Solarwinds MSP Security software solutions to assigned customer database in an assigned territory.
You will cooperate with the Sales Leadership Team and cross functional team members to develop and manage an account management strategy in your territory.
This includes initial sales opportunity generation, sales opportunity management and consultation, initial presentation and ROI business case up to successful sales closing.
Develop and manage the growth of assigned DACH account through new opportunity generation, ownership of a sales pipeline, and collaboration with Sales Leadership
Demonstrate advanced ability for multi-product sales, attaching other Solarwinds MSP products to assigned customer account
Own SFDC management and ensure accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates for management visibility in sales pipeline
Deliver product presentations to assigned account focusing on selling and positioning Solarwinds MSP solutions
Constantly execute successful closing and increase the close rates of the sales opportunity pipeline
Fluent German, and Business English , Additional fluent language in an advantage
The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic industry and achieve targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts via telephone and web based presentations
Motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks, and lead projects
History of successful target attainment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in previous Inside Sales and Account Management roles
A willingness to learn
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated
Knowledge of MS Outlook and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
