collaborating with local management, Marketing and Data Analysis teams to validate the applicable loyalty programs
rolling-out and developing of related marketing materials, tools and reports for effective management of loyalty programs
constant monitoring of market practices for new potentials Do you bring along
MSc. from a technical university, preferably in HVAC
min 5 years experience in Marketing or Sales of Engineering products, preferably HVAC
min 3 years experience in management and / or development of Partner Programs for B2B customers
data driven decision-making mentality : sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking
strategic thinker : able to see the big picture and balance long-term vision with short and medium-term goals
great stakeholder management skills : strong collaboration, and superb communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to synthesise information quickly
preferably record of cooperation with clients in B2B environment
language skills : English (fluent), German, other CEE languages knowledge is beneficial

at / karriere The salary package starts at a level of EUR 50.000,00 gross per year (all-in contract). Depending on your qualifications and experiences this amount can be exceeded.
