HR Business Partner (m / f)
Responsible for the implementation of HR business goals with management and employees for defined areas
Key person to improve working relationships, to develop initiatives and to promote employee engagement
Advice and support of employees and executives in all HR matters and employment law topics
Competent contact for line management regarding personnel planning, recruitment and personnel development
Active participation in various local and global HR projects of business units and personnel and succession planning
Support for restructuring as well as personnel and succession planning
Full academic education with focus on Human Resource Management
Several years of relevant professional experience in a generalist HR function in the industrial segment
Knowledge of remuneration practices, organizational development, performance management and employment law
Good communication skills and social skills
negotiating skills and assertiveness
Very good German and English skills

748,07 gross / month. Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and experience.
