  • Technical management and coordination of the members of the EE Battery Design lead team under the line management of the Battery Design (Tools & Methodology) skill team and the technical leadership of the Battery Electrics / Electronics skills team (in technology terns and in projects)
  • In charge of the geometric integration of E / E components (BMS, relays, fuses, current sensors, battery harness, precharging unit, .
  • supported by the Battery Electrics / Electronics skill team

  • Responsible for the design and development of plastic housing / fastening / contact protection parts for the electric / electronic assembly and ownership of these parts
  • Ensuring the SE teamwork and supplier control for plastic parts
  • Contribution to preparing technical component specifications and drawings for the battery E / E components (wiring harness, busbars, ...)
  • Technical support in the acquisition of HV battery projects and presentation of the contents and investments of the lead team
  • Responsible for the technical achievement of objectives (function, dates & deadlines, costs, quality) defined for the components for which the Lead Engineer EE Battery Design is responsible in customer projects
  • Developing technical solutions in customer projects and bringing about / implementing decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with the specifications of the battery development process
  • Resource planning for the lead team
  • Technical review and approval / release of documents and work output in customer projects
  • Management, cultivation and expansion of specialist technical know-how

  • Electrical engineering / mechanical engineering / automation engineering graduate of a secondary technical college / university of applied sciences / university of technology
  • 5+ years experience in E / E design and integration of electrical components and plastic parts (battery, transmission or powertrain) in the automotive sector
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint) experience
  • Sound CATIA V5 / NX and / or PRO-E knowledge
  • Experience in the data exchange between CAD systems and wiring harness development tools (e.g. Zuken e³) an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of standards in the field of development
  • Teamwork skills and pronounced leadership skills in complex project organizations
