Salesforce Reporting Analyst


Sportradar, the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content, is seeking an enthusiastic, independent, proactive data lover to join the Global Sales Operations team.

The Salesforce Reporting Analyst will work on Sales and Product Unit Reporting in Salesforce CRM and act as well as our "Data Integrity Officer".

The analyst will work closely with a team of Sales analysts and the CRM Project team. Ultimate goal is to get intuitive reporting in place for several stakeholder groups and to improve the data quality and its consistency to keep a good reliable state of sales data.

The role requires the successful candidate to have a good understanding about Salesforce reporting, business data, data accuracy and databases.

This role is reporting to Senior Sales Reporting Analyst.

The Challenge

  • Create meaningful Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for Sales, Sales Management, Product Units, and Senior Leadership
  • Maintain and evolve Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
  • Keep a good overview on existing reports and KPIs for various stakeholder groups
  • Keep a good overview of all existing datapoints and keep documentation up to date to help identify data points for reporting
  • Align data points and description with other units such as accounting, BI or finance
  • Check entered data on its consistency, quality and correctness to identify data discrepancies and incomplete data concerning driving data needed for KPIs and identify areas of improvement
  • Establish (visible and invisible) data checkpoints i.e. approver of specific workflows
  • Work with the analysts and project team on improving data accuracy
  • Considering the UI / UX of Salesforce and guidance through the system
  • Identify processes in the system for data automation and validation
  • Review data entry options (i.e. dropdowns) on use to avoid miscellaneous entries
  • Create awareness for need of reliable, accurate and quality data
  • Work with various stakeholders from Product Units, Sales, Business Intelligence, Accounting, innovation, marketing, etc
  • Your Profile

  • University degree (BSc or higher) with an analytical business administration or data-base management background
  • Minimum of 2y work experience
  • Understanding of databases and IT processes
  • Salesforce CRM Reporting knowledge is a must
  • Salesforce Certification is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Self-motivation and commitment to drive accurate and high-quality work
  • A team player with strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude
  • Work effectively under pressure
  • Fluent in English. German or other language skills are positive but not mandatory
