Job Description

The role of the Associate, Sales Operations will be responsible for the support and development of several strategic software products within Dimensional’s sales team, the Global Client Group (GCG), including a global CRM system and email marketing tool.

This role will interface with internal business customers and various teams across Technology, including our Digital channel.

Daily work will focus on performing various business analysis functions and project support to develop efficient sales products and operations.

The position falls within the cross-functional CRM Product Team, whose mission is to enable the CRM ecosystem to drive the business processes and insights needed to create a holistic view of Dimensional’s global client relationships.

The GCG Sales Operations division supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales group in the areas of business insights, technology product management, intermediary relationships, client onboarding, reporting and administrative support.

  • Responsibilities : Act as a Product Specialist for the digital client portal CRM ecosystem Perform business analysis functions : gathering requirements, testing, training, and documentation efforts for enhancements to a product or process Partner with Technology to determine root causes of problems, providing sensible and deliberate solutions to users Execute test cycles for complex integration testing across various teams and regression testing Prepare project and product analyses Define and facilitate change within existing business processes;
  • create and update runbooks Provide product support and training, and complete data requests for global users Participate in external client engagement and interactions Gather and synthesize user feedback for continued improvements to the CRM ecosystem Create effective content for communications of product activities, present in smaller forums and team meetings Deeply understand CRM processes and the why Build relationships within global sales team and other departments to develop a robust understanding of business processes, client service offerings, and how teams use client systems Contribute to strategic, firmwide projects;
  • lead smaller-scale projects Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required 1-4 years' experience in consulting, business analysis, operations, project / product management or similar role Prior experience in Digital projects / transformations or complex integration strategies;
  • knowledge on how APIs function is a plus Knowledge of software methodologies and strategies to influence better software design, bug prevention strategies, accessibility, testability, privacy, and other quality concepts Excellent computer skills : Microsoft Office, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), etc.

  • with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new programs; skilled with using CRM software Strong analytical mindset;
  • creative problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with imperfect information Proactive in nature; lead by example.

  • Capable of prioritizing multiple complex projects and meeting deadlines, while tactfully saying no when necessary Strong interpersonal communication, verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills Focused on customer needs, both internally and externally, with the ability to build trust and confidence Display extreme attention to detail with big picture focus Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to learn;
  • set goals and strategic vision for self Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and testing tools such as Confluence and JIRA a plus Understanding of Agile principles a plus Experience in the Financial Services Industry a plus To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees during COVID-19, the majority of Dimensional’s employees are currently working remotely.
