Expand existing client base, fields sales, Channel Sales, Pre-Sales
Convert Sales leads, new opportunities and influenced opportunities
Deliver on sales targets assigned (targeting existing and new customers), initially focused on BSS Suite of solutions and then selling our complete suite of products to fixed and mobile operators as well as utility and railway clients in European markets
Generate new demand (e.g. individual leads and / or buying groups)
Discover, validate and reach out to additional personas typically involved in a buying decision to determine possible buying groups for delivery to field sales
Continuously improves our lead generation follow up process
Ability and capacity to qualify opportunities
Ideal Candidate :
A result-oriented and driven sales mindset
3-5 years of sales development within Telecom Domain Sales, new business and up sales
Experience in BSS, VAS & OSS solutions
Self-starter who can contribute immediately
Quick learner in a fast-changing business environment
Someone with their own list networks and who knows the market
Excellent communication skills, with great product storytelling skills, who has the patience and persistence required to make multiple attempts to reach a target buyer.
Passionate about generating high quality sales leads
Marketing experience in CRM
Fluent in English, merit if you speak German or any other European language
Good networking and negotiation skills
Ability to put things into the right perspective and prioritize
Self-driven and with Can do - attitude
The ideal candidate has knowledge in :
Telephone prospecting techniques
Email prospecting techniques (based around personalization & targeted outreach)
Sales systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Lead management processes
