Support and assist the Business Units with administrative, organizational and operational tasks to reach the Sales Goals.
Bids and Tender process from application through to completion and timely submission. Key Responsibilities : + Perform Tender application, tracking, document collation and shipment + Create Bids in cooperation with Sales Rep s and Business Unit Manager + Resolve Bids & Tenders activities including investigating, reporting and performing root cause analysis + Support and assist product launches and projects + Calculate Yearly, Quarterly Rebate in cooperation with Finance + Respond to customer data requests (external) + Populate pre-qualification questionnaires + Complete customer and GPO reporting + Price Management in ERP System (JDE) and Price Book Management in SFDC + Participation moderately complex one time projects aiming for improving the quality of service and effectiveness of customer service department + Other incidental duties as assigned by Leadership Education and Experience : + H.
S. Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of previous experience with an ERP software (e.g. JDE and SFDC). + Bachelor or Master Degree with 2 years of previous experience preferred.
