Performing the work in a collaborative manner within an agile development team
Understanding the software design, development processes and flows and their application
Deriving the software requirements from the system requirements and system design
Definition of software architectural and detailed software module design
Coding software modules and inspects the code written by other engineers
Writing the technical software documents and configures all work items in a version control system
Design all kinds of software unit, integration and validation tests at all levels to close requirements
Collaborating with adjacent system, FPGA and HW development teams to develop modular and customizable solutions
Product variants participating in meetings with customers and subcontractors, and when necessary, manage technical issues related to this
Definition of the technical concept and development logic in proposals as well as estimating the associated efforts Skills are the key!
Education in Electrical / Software / Aerospace Engineering, M.Sc. level (or corresponding experience)
Experience and good knowledge in embedded software development
Experience and good knowledge in C
Acquainted with software engineering methods, processes and tools for embedded software
Fluent in English (nicte to have : skills in German, Finnish or Swedish language)
Experience with agile methods and / or Model based System Engineering
Knowledge in GNSS applications
Experience with hardware driver development and programming in Assembler
Experience as development engineer for satellite onboard and ground equipment software and electronics products, equipment and sub-systems These are the benefits!
