You’re passionate for digital products and innovation and would like to work in close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams to push digital experience and product activation to the next level?In this role you are the system expert and first point of contact to support the successful execution of placements and events with our Red Bull In-House Digital Signage system. You’re the main point of contact for all technical questions and ensure global operation of +30k displays in the markets.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:


You’ll be the first point of contact for all questions and problems around our displays, the technical installation and connected control applications. As you’re in constant contact to the users of the product, it is your responsibility to identify new needs from our users and report these into the product & development team to improve the experience constantly.


As the Digital Signage solution is often used at events, you’ll also guide and manage the technical execution of event set-ups and create the most impressive experiences possible.


To secure the long-term success of the project, the offered products need to be best in class. You’ll test new updates and functionality before release and make sure all acceptance criteria are fulfilled.


To keep the constant control across +30k displays globally, automated reporting & alert management is key for success. You’ll monitor the overall system performance and keep it on track.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • Degree in information technology, media or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in media operations, IT support, a technical-related role or equivalent university degree with first work experience.
  • Basic programming & scripting beneficial
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, think critically and work effectively under daily time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented and result-focused
