OneSpan is looking for a Inside Sales Support EMEA to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
As Inside Sales Support EMEA at OneSpan you will be assisting our Customer Success team with all practical and administrative support in relation to our partners and smaller customers.
You will support the team in creating and follow up on existing contracts and / or extra options.
You will generate quotes / commercial proposals and will initiate a customer-oriented offers.
You will contact our channel partners and smaller customers to review the quotes as required.
Strong customer oriented administrative support is key to this role.
You will also work with the team in improving back office processes, data quality and clean-up.
You will be reporting to the Global CSM Manager.
3 to 5 years of experience as a sales support or another supporting / admin role.
Need to illustrate that you are systematic, organized with a high level of attention to detail.
To be successful, you will need to be focused and self-driven with an ability to manage complexity and prioritize appropriately.
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible team player with a strong sense of commercial acumen.
A can-do attitude and the ability to find solutions to issues is essential.
You have a strong knowledge of English and German (spoken and written).
Preferred requirements :
Ideally you will need experience with a CRM system (e.g. SalesForce)
Strong Excel skills will be highly beneficial.
