What you can expect
Responsibility for the optimal performance of our operational IT services to meet our internal customer requirements
Design, development and continuous optimization of IT service organization, structure and workflows
Link between the IT service desk and all internal departments
Collection and analysis of customer requirements
Monitoring, quality control and continuous improvement of our agreed services
What you bring with you
Completed apprenticeship in IT including further training in service management, e.g. according to ITIL
3-5 years of professional experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) at an IT service provider or an industrial company
Experience in service delivery management, opportunity management or in creating IT workflows with ServiceNow
High service orientation and strong introductory skills as a middleman between our internal customers and our IT service desk
Organizational skills, perseverance and negotiating skills in English and German
You will be given an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,832.
64 gross / month in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry. A significant overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
