Joining the TUI Destination Experiences Team as a Service Delivery Chalet Team Manager, you will be helping a team to become chalet experts to provide the very best customer service.

You and your team will provide our customers with excellent menu and hospitality experience. You will be target driven and genuinely enjoy delivering excellent customer service, to build relationships and effectively manage a team.

As a Service Delivery Chalet Team Manager you will be part of the Chalet Team to help create the very best holidays for all of our customers.

You will build the teams confidence to cook high quality meals, maintain cleanliness and run compliant chalet operations.

You will genuinely enjoy using the majority of your time to lead your team from the front. You and your team will be interacting with customers throughout their chalet experience to build relationships and provide customer service on an individual basis to improve their holidays.

You will lead from the front and create smiles for our customers and colleagues, in a hands on management role. There will be technology to work with for your team to provide a modern sales through service’ approach that will help you exceed your team’s targets.

You will respect your colleagues and customers whilst sharing a great amount of fun, but if things do not go quite right, you will be happy to investigate and solve any questions or complaints straight away.

You will enjoy change and challenges such as assisting with occasional emergencies day and night.

You may manage a teams across multiple resorts, responsible for a variety of chalet types. In some destinations you will be required to support leadership at the airport, but in many of our larger destinations we have a dedicated airport team giving you more time to manage your team and provide service to customers.

  • A work ethic that understands customers are on holiday 24 / 7
  • Reasonable mathematical ability, strong verbal & written English - additional European languages advantageous but not essential
  • Willing to adapt to regular business change and new technology
  • Well organised and good attention to detail, monitoring, analysing and improving the quality of delivery of all aspects of the chalet service including food service, food safety & hygiene procedures, property maintenance & comfort and the supplier ordering & delivery processes
  • Work to solve both chalet operational and customer issues in a consistent and timely manner so customers want to travel with us again and again
  • Experience managing chalet operations, including opening and closing
  • Ability to drive good supplier relations which enhance the delivery of the chalet product
