Role & Responsibilities

As Senior Consultant (m / f / d) in the Enterprise Service Management field with focus on ServiceNow, you are responsible for the following activities :

  • Digitization, development and implementation of service processes for our enterprise customers. We provide digitization of all processes of the value chain of a company
  • Together with our sales department, you are responsible for :
  • Consultation and analysis of the business processes
  • Preparation and implementation of functional design workshops, including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements
  • Creation of creative system designs, solution recommendations and concepts
  • Product selection and license consulting
  • End-to-end responsibility for the implementation of the ESM solution
  • You actively take on the role of a consultant in the quotation process and are responsible for all design and implementation activities
  • Conception, creation and implementation of customer-specific showcases in the internal innovation laboratory (Business Technology& Innovation Center - BTIC)
  • Technical leadership in implementation projects
  • Advise clients on their digital transformation
  • Your profile

  • You possess in-depth knowledge and have 5+ years experience in the field of business process engineering
  • 5+ years experience in the mapping and implementation of business processes in current tools (ServiceNow, BMC, CA, HPSM)
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript / AJAX and the development of implementations, for example on the ServiceNow platform using Web services, SOAP, email, MID, plugins
  • Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL and related technologies
  • Practical experience of 5+ years in the role of a consultant and job specific knowledge
  • Knowledge and 3+ years’ experience in the field of Agile project management, Consultative selling, Organisational consulting, Automation, SLA management, Reporting and / or Documentation
  • Experience in the area of enterprise service management is of advantage
  • Ideally you are ServiceNow certified
  • Other preferable skills

  • High level of interest in modern ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM solutions
  • Identify trends at an early stage and convert them into solutions
  • Concrete understanding of business processes and key performance indicators
  • Value challenges & successfully master them with the help of a high degree of initiative and willingness to learn
  • Team player and able to openly engage with other colleagues
  • Holistic and solution-orientated mindset
  • Exude confidence when engaging with clients
  • Fluency in both English and German is a must
  • Willingness and availability to travel
