Your responsibilities :
Overall responsibility for harmonized, standardized and integrated fit4purpose Central Finance, Planning, Consolidation, Group and Divisional Controlling processes and structures
Ensure Further development of Group Record to Report process strategy, process landscape and process architecture of OMV with focus on Controlling and Finance processes
Ensuring the translation of OMV Group Finance (accounting / controlling) and business requirements into the new system landscape
Responsibility for alignment of future end-end group finance processes on finance SVP / Process Owner level
Drive prioritization and selection of strategically relevant process Initiatives, value-add use cases
Overall Central Finance, Planning, Consolidation & Reporting concept development (IT tool usages, implementation timelines, etc.)
Approval of gaps in the frame of the defined gap approval process
Prepare final decision basis for Process Decision Board for key topics
Accountability for completeness and consistency of test and use cases
Your profile :
University degree / Masters in Business Administration or IT
Professional experience of 5-10 years in senior management roles in Finance (Controlling / Reporting / Planning)
Excellent knowledge of OMV's industry- and business-specific requirements with SAP and end-to-end business processes
SAP FI / CO module (ideally S / 4 Hana BPC), TM1, HRM knowledge and deep knowledge of controlling
SAP S / 4 HANA Implementation experience is an advantage
Good project management, organization and leading skills team.
Ability to anticipate risks and risks solutions in the moment
