We are looking for a Teamlead Performance (m / f / d) in full-time (40 hours) and for an unlimited period. Your home base will be our headquarter at Vienna or Cologne-Bonn Airport.
As Teamlead Performance Management (m / f / d), you will lead your team and thus shape the further development of the company as it enters new markets.
You are the contact person for your team and contribute to the strategic and project-related topics of the company. You strive for constant further development of the reports and thus make your contribution to our success.
Lead the performance team and support your employees in fulfilling their tasks
Advise and supervise the departments with your team in all project-related topics
Ensure the smooth running of the office (office space, IT, workplace safety)
Help shape PAN-EU growth by contributing and guiding your team on market entry issues
Create and be responsible for KPI reporting and drive the company forward in the competition by creating benchmarks
Ensure that Eurowings Europe retains and expands its role as an "early adopter"
Lead sub-projects admin-side, e.g. the opening of new bases in Europe

You have a university degree in economics, air traffic management or in a comparable course of study
You have several years of professional experience in setting up and supporting projects and have already participated in several market entry projects
Relevant experience in international, European commercial, corporate and above all tax law
You are characterized by a high degree of independence as well as a result-oriented and structured way of working
You are empathetic, communicative and have a confident appearance
You speak business fluent German and English.
