Launched in 2010, we proudly produce everything in-house thanks to our exceptional internal talent and are now scaling our Product Management team.

boarded and nurtured in our platform, optimising our ads to bring millions of travellers to our website the list goes on.

Product Managers working on our marketing technology products help our marketing teams acquire leads and turn them into customers.
We are automatically creating ads as soon as landing pages go live, creating ways tour operators to market their products more effectively on our platform and retargeting our customers as soon as they’ve left the site.
As part of our working culture, you will be expected to own your space, be accountable, take responsibility, and work with other disciplines to coordinate impactful cross-
functional efforts. That said, we are also committed to supporting your personal and professional growth, and Product Managers work closely with the company’s senior leadership on a daily basis.
Translate business goals to high-impact products and features
Launch marketing automation (for Google Ads, Facebook and more) to optimise our return on ad spend
Take our customer segmentation to the next level to unlock new marketing capabilities
Launch new ways for our marketing solutions team to sell placements to tour operators on website and email
Understand our marketing teams main pain points and build tools to make their lives easier
Work with product managers of other product teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science and design counterparts in driving your team’s roadmap and launching impactful products
Contribute across the company as a member of the broader TourRadar’s product team, playing a key role in acquiring traffic to our marketplace
A true passion for product with a desire to deliver value early and often
A data-driven attitude towards everything you do and great attention to details
Experience in a product management / product owner or technical project management role
Strong experience working with Google Analytics and Google Sheets and / or SQL
Bonus : Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, ex DoubleClick, Tagmanager, ...) and Google AdManager
A solid understanding of API integrations
An ability to launch data driven products - ideally you've launched machine learning powered products before
A bias towards action - while others still talk you’ve already launched it
A growth mindset, and a deep curiosity to learn and improve yourself constantly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in launching consumer facing features on the website that require close collaboration with designers
Experience organising development sprints, daily standups, and task prioritization with an agile development team
