PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

A Marketing Execution Senior Specialist within the Austrian marketing team is focused on pipeline acceleration and demand generation.

The successful candidate will actively build the marketing plan in collaboration with the Austrian Head of Marketing and execute the plan for the Austrian market in line with business & sales objectives.

This would require an understanding of target audience, best performing tactics for successful demand generation, as well as ability to work well in team environment collaborating tightly with various business stakeholders.

We are looking to hire people with a proven success in B2B or B2C marketing, passion for customer experience, performance marketing, combination of strategic thinking & hands-on execution, as well as hunger for passion for creative, new tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Passion for tech Build an understanding of the target market & target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges of industries.
  • Combine the audience insights with audience intelligence (e.g. data) to build relevant programs.

  • Understand key marketing trends, wider picture, ability to use different data sources to recommend the best marketing execution, customer journey, with customer centric approach.
  • Partner with a selected number of VAR Channel Partners to jointly execute co-marketing campaigns
  • Plan, develop & execute integrated campaigns, forecasting ahead results & then track the performance.
  • Customer marketing : account based marketing tactics to deliver individual experiences for our customers
  • Excellent knowledge of all the digital media (Search, paid media, social media, organic etc.)
  • Stakeholder Management - Strongly align with business stakeholders to ensure marketing programs closely align to business and sales goals.
  • Share knowledge and expertise.

  • Support / enable the sales organization through delivery of key customer assets and stories.
  • Ensure regular and clear communications with all stakeholders. Collaborate with sales to ensure that leads and opportunities generated by marketing are converted to revenue, support the business in pipeline acceleration

  • PROFILE

  • German native & fluent English language skills
  • Min. 7 years B2B-marketing or B2C-marketing expertise, or agency expertise
  • Innovative & strategic thinking please be creative and think out of the box ;)
  • Content production (Social media content, videos, event streaming)
  • Strong customer marketing focus, creativity and passion for challenging the status quo
  • Willingness to challenge complexity and seek agility
