A major part of this role will be getting to know key customers and outlets to define what type of brand activity will have the right cut-through to influence the right target consumers.

You will need to go above an beyond to meet their requirements, delivering added value for the sales organisation as well as ensuring the activations are brand appropriate and make the required degree of impact with target consumers and the trade.

  • Responsibilities

    Your Tasks - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Responsible for executing all Customer Marketing activities for the full Bacardi portfolio in the Swiss market
  • Support growth targets by developing, steering and executing projects, activities and promotions in off & on-trade
  • Consult key local stakeholders on brand / category level plans & activities
  • Being first sparring partner to on & off-trade sales counterparts
  • Development of sales concepts and commercial sell in stories
  • Localizing of activation toolkits and material production including Point of Sale Material
  • Management of local budget and ensuring most efficient & effective use of local funds
  • Skills and Experience

    THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • University degree or higher commercial education
  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience (brand management, customer marketing, agency side)
  • Proficiency in English & German, preferably French
  • General understanding of retail & gastronomy landscape
  • Good at managing stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of activation plans
